Our team supports organizations in designing, reviewing, and strengthening academic programs across their full lifecycle. Our work brings together research, practice, and collaborative processes to help departments to create programs that are coherent, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive to change.

Our program development services support new program design, program renewal, pathway and credential development, and continuous quality improvement. We work closely with departments to clarify purpose, align outcomes and curriculum, and integrate equity and accessibility into program structures and processes.

We have deep experience working within quality assurance, accreditation, and program review frameworks, and we design approaches that are rigorous without being burdensome. Wherever possible, we help organizations build systems and tools that support ongoing improvement rather than one time compliance.
